Make-up lessons are easy & fast

As per our terms, any missed lessons must be made up within the same term.

E.g. If you will be missing a lesson in the future for travel or event at the end of term, it must made up in advance. We cannot provide refunds or credits for missed lessons.


How to do it?

  1. Log in to your Ace Music Account

  2. Cancel the Attendance of any lessons you will miss in the Calendar (with minimum 48hrs notice) to get a Make up Credit
    (tip: view only your child’s lessons use the button in the top left corner)

  3. Register for an additional lesson for the same instrument/teacher (e.g. "PIANO") with a space in it for a make-up lesson. It does not need to be a same level for a make-up. (Pass the info onto Aftercare/OOSH/Carers if applicable.) When you attend, your Make-up Credit will be used up.

  4. Make-up lessons which can not be attended can not be made up.



Cancelling your own lessons


We prefer for all students learning to be uninterrupted. However, if you are expecting you are unable to make a lesson, to receive a Make-up Credit, it needs to be cancelled in your online account at least 48 hours before the event (more is always appreciated).

Make-up Credits expire in 30 days and must be used within the same term (unless it is a "Teacher absent" credit). So if you will be missing a lesson, in most cases, it will need to be made up in advance. After 48hours we are not able to provide a Make-up Credit according as per our terms.
